123INKT.NL opts for automation & process optimization

123inkt.nl is the market leader in the online sale of ink cartridges, toners, and photo paper, with almost 4 million customers and more than 18,000 products in its range. This family business has been operating since 2000 and has since become one of the fastest-growing and most successful online stores in the Netherlands, with a culture that is open, accessible, and informal, and with employees who have been working there for around 20 years.

In order to continue delivering orders on time and maintaining good service, 123inkt.nl realized that the manual way of working was no longer sufficient. As a result, the company chose to implement automation and process optimization. Logiflexx was selected to implement an approximately 200-meter-long transport system using slatted conveyors, which run along the packing tables, leading to a sorting system with pushers and partially powered sorting stations along the route. Logiflexx fully assembled, controlled, and delivered this system turnkey.
